8:00 AM Arrive at church. Don’t forget the notarized medical information form!
8:30 AM Depart from church.
12:00 PM Lunch on the road (Bring $).
2:30 PM Arrive in Gatlinburg, TN. Register and check in at Park Vista Hotel.
5:00 PM Dinner (Bring $).
7:30 PM X-Treme Session #1 begins at convention center.
12:00 AM Return to Park Vista Hotel.
12:30 AM Lights out.

Monday, December 28
8:00 AM Breakfast (Church Provides) at Park Vista Hotel.
9:30 AM X-Treme Session #2 begins at convention center.
12:00 PM X-Treme Session #2 ends at convention center.
12-5 PM Lunch (Bring $). Free time.
5:00 PM Dinner (Bring $).
7:30 PM X-Treme Session #3 begins at convention center.
12:00 AM Return to Park Vista Hotel.
12:30 AM Lights out.

Tuesday, December 29
8:00 AM Breakfast. (Church Provides) at Park Vista Hotel.
9:30 AM X-Treme Session #4 begins at convention center.
12:00 PM X-Treme Session #4 ends. Depart directly from conference.
1:30 PM Lunch on the road (Bring $).
6:30 PM Arrive home. We will have everyone call when our time is definite.

Directions
We will be travelling South on I-75 to Knoxville, then taking I-40 East, then taking TN-66 South to Gatlinburg.

--There is an indoor pool at our hotel. This means one-piece bathing suits for ladies. Tankinis work as well.

--Make sure to bring appropriate money for food, including the following:
o 3 Lunches
o 2 Dinners

--Bring money for any souvenirs and other things you want to buy.

--We have about a .8 mile walk between our hotel and the convention so bring a backpack/bag and tennis shoes. There is a shuttle as well.
